Lucy has dark brown hair that is usually in a fishtail braid that falls to the middle of her back, she is quite pretty and has green eyes that match the ocean seaweed, she has pale (but slightly tanned skin), is around 5 foot 5 in height and has a thin gold necklace from her father. She is quite slim.
Personality:
Her personality is a bit mysterious- she is quiet but has a sense of humour if you get to know her. She has secrets but doesn’t share them easily. She is quite romantic but is shy.
History:
Her father was drowned at sea shortly after her birth in mysterious circumstances- witnesses say that a Capitol hovercraft had been seen shortly before the ship sank. After that, her mother suffered from mental illnesses such as depression and schizophrenia. Lucy managed by becoming best friends with a girl called Eleanor. They were rarely seen apart until, 2 years ago, Eleanor was reaped and sent to the Capitol for the Hunger Games, and she died during the second day. Since then, she has stayed alone and isolated, desperate for someone to share her story with.
RP sample:
Lucy watched the boy approach the blonde girl from behind the nearby tree. They were both holding shells- him a huge conch and her a flat, strange shaped thing.
“You'll never hear the ocean with that little thing. You need one of these.” the boy said to her.
So, they were doing the old trick of the coast- listen to a shell and you could hear the sea. The girl must be new to District 4; all of the children in the District- including Lucy- had done it many times before when they were younger.
The boy held it out to the mysterious girl, not noticing Lucy as she gave a small sob behind the tree. Her best friend, Eleanor had played in the Hunger games two years ago after her name was read out at the reaping. She had died on the second day. Now, Lucy was alone, and every day it crushed her.

Hi!

1. She only remembers her father's face, not anything about his personality or attitude. She can't really ask her mum about it because since his death, her mum went kind of crazy and never recovered. Bringing it up would be almost rubbing salt in a wound!

2. For her to share her secrets with anyone, she would have to trust them a lot. They would have to prove that they would help her and not tell anyone else.

3. Her main secret is about her mother's condition. Lucy is a little unstable herself- this isn't really a thing that she shares with people either! There are a lot of little things that people don't know about her, but to most people they are small, everyday, insignificant things.
