Appearance: Evan Palabrica is just a regular boy in district 4. He has black hair that is kinda messy, his dark-brown eyes make him look like he is always sleepy, his nose is kind of flat, and his lips are thick as if he is biting them all the time. Standing at 5’7” and weighing 135 pounds, Evan is beefy and muscular with muscles trying to rip off his sleeves, he is tall, and actually he is the tallest in his class. His face is always wet because of having staying beside the sea, and his teeth are so white, it sparkles like pearls. His body is so big, he could easily cover an area and could not fit in doors.

Personality: Evan is a little bit crazy. He likes laughing all the time, a joker to some of his friends, he could make anyone laugh with just one phrase. Although a joker, Evan can be a bloodthirsty human being sometimes, his eyes would growl VENGEANCE because he is low tempered. But, the other bloodthirsty Evan can only be seen when someone or something triggers him (like knowing someone is trying to kill him). This could make him a perfect tribute to the games, because he gives the viewers what they want, and that is pure BLOODSHED.

History: Evan Palabrica grew up with a family of fishermen. With this, he has been trained to be observant and patient to his surroundings. With his father’s help, he knows how to make really good nets and to make really sharp spears with just spare materials. His mother however, taught him on how to cook the food and taught him how to make life simpler. Evan is also the eldest of 4 children, with this, Evan has been given a burden, if his parents are out fishing, he goes in and helps his siblings. Sometimes, when no one is around, he goes to the pond just close to their house and fish there with his homemade nets. His family really loves him, that’s why, he is always given gifts. His dream in life is to enter the games and win for his family, thinking he could put himself to the test for it.

RP sample: Well, it was time to say goodbye to mom and dad so that they could get to work, Evan said the sweetest goodbyes and off went mom and dad. Right when the door slammed, Evan’s face glittered with an evil smile, he took his jacket, net and a bucket from his room and sprinted out of the house. Evan had this hobby of getting fish or something from the pond nearby, but he couldn’t do it because of his parents telling him to not go outside the house because of Peacekeepers, but, this could not go long because he had younger brothers. As he moved closer to the pond, he saw a dim shadow like if it was spying on him, but disappeared when he tried to come closer. He ignored it and moved on. He reached the pond and put his things down, he had no weapons to hunt, so he thought about it and found some long wood, a sharp stone and a thick vine. He got the three materials and made a spear for him to catch the fish in the pond. After a few hours, he got a bucket load of fish. As he returned home, he found his parents and brothers DEAD, lying on the floor with a couple of arrows. They were assassinated, with this, Evan’s dark eyes were etched with anger, his hold on the spear became tighter, and off he go to his aunt. Upon reaching his aunt, she already knew the news and to make Evan happy, his aunt gave him a golden spear, Evan had second thoughts about it and just said to his aunt to save it for the games to send to him.
