| Three is a rebel railway system. A few people in each district came together and built a railway to try and get the word out that there are rebels out there. Obviously the Careers and people faithful to the Capitol never find out, but my character's dad was in it, so she's going around looking for him. She ends up telling a lot of other people on the site about it, then maybe you can start using it hope that helps, there's also a thread called "how it all works" and that may also clear up some questions. | |
