16 Member of: District 3 Appearance: Tegan has long brown hair and sometimes wears glasses. Freckles splash her face. She loves to wear stripes because of her odd stripped birthmark that goes up her left arm and spirals. Skinny jeans and band t-shirts are her favorite. She is cautious about how much skin she shows because of how many scars cover her body from electrical shocks from experiments.
Personality:
Tegan is intelligent and fast on her feet and on the brain. She is always alert. She doesn't like to tell people about herself because she loves to keep to herself. Tegan has a specialty about writing stories and poems and such, but also great at creating small things like machines. When she first meets people, she can be rude because she dislikes the feeling of letting people close to her. The only person she lets near is her father, who is very protective of her since her mother had died of sickness.
History:
Tegan is a 16 year old girl who has always stayed in step. She leaves the district to venture into the woods at times to draw scenery or get inspiration on her writing. When she was 14, her mother died from a strong electrical shock at work. Now Tegan lives with her mourning father that she tries to help over come everything. Now, they live in a semi-large house together and get through.
RP sample:
The door creaked open like a loud sigh, making Tegan cringe. Of course it would, when she is trying to not wake her father. She tip-toes to her bed and kissed his forehead and sets off to the window.
It opens wide and swiftly. She swings one leg out and then the other to jump to the ground. It feels good to be outside. she breathed. Setting one foot in front of the other, she jogged into town.
The people buzzed with sounds of electrical cables and wires. She smiled to some of the people and waved as she made her way towards the fence and looked over her shoulder to make sure no one was looking. He was probably there already in the first place.
She jumped on a box and leaped over the fence. Clung to a tree branch, gracefully landed. Her bag jingled as she walked towards him and sat next to the boy with the long tin whistle.

| 1. Tegan tries to let go of feelings to protect her mourning father. She doesn't feel the same without her, and her family won't be how it used to be ever again.
2.Tegan despises the games. Just from the death of her mother she knows how it feels to loose people you love. She also doesn't want to get picked so she can stay with her father.
3. She would change her personality. She doesn't like being the odd one out of everyone in the district.
