Name: Aoife Quinn
Age: 16
Member of: District 10
What profession are you (optional): Her father owns a farm with cattle and sheep and it's her job to work with the herding dog to retrieve the animals that get loose.
Appearance: Aoife doesn't look like your average farmer's daughter. Even though born to two red-headed parents, Aoife managed to come out with a rather light blond hair that slowly darkened over the years, however stayed relatively light as she reached her teens. And to match her waist-length, light golden locks, comes a pair with fierce blue hues. While most of the Quinn family are red-haired, green eyed, and relatively on the shorter end of the normal height, Aoife stands a tall 5'8". The sixteen-year-old often questions her family if she was adopted, however her mother has the stretch marks to prove her wrong.
Personality: The blond daughter of one of many farmers from District 10 is one that many perceived to what they, the other District members, thought to be more of an aloof personality from afar; especially around the time of the Hunger Games picking up. She saw what the Games did to people and quickly observed that you can't get too close to people as they are sometimes just another tribute - someone to kill you - someone you could become close to and just lose in the end - someone to miss and make you weak. Aoife told herself after she was no longer able to be in the reaping, she would open up to people. But of course, there would be a few people she would let in, a few select people who would see that this girl was ditzy and loved to make people smile. Even if she was another ditzy girl, that didn't stop her from being cunning and being witty. The girl knew how to survive.
History: Aoife was born to two farmers in a warm summer day in the middle of August. Like most of the households in District 10, they were not of much wealth. However, Aoife was thankful every day that her family isn't as lacking in wealth as Districts 11 and 12 were. Ever since she was a young girl and saw what went on during the Hunger Games and really understood what was going on, she found herself fearing the Games more than anything. Every year, she has made sure to master(or attempt to as she usually failed most of them) one skill in case of her name being ever pulled out of the reaping. Of course, she wasn't good at everything, but found herself good at making and setting traps, endurance, agility and being careful on her feet. All of those things were never something she tried to pick up for the Games itself, no, they were what was required of her job of finding, capturing and bringing home livestock that had broken free.
