Personality: Outgoing and a very stimulating person. He brightens everything up with his fresh and original ideas. His conversations tend to be sprinkled with novelty and wit. He definitely has charisma, and a fun personality. He loves freedom and sees life as an ongoing adventure, he is also very athletic. He is upbeat and optimistic. And that is very infectious for those who hang out with him.

History: His mother died after the birth of his brother, he now only lives with his younger brother and his father. Keith had always gotten good grades in school, he has a great best friend, who had known since birth due to both of their parents being friends. His brother had been a tribute in the Hunger Games, and had barely won. Unlike his brother, he wants nothing to do with the Hunger Games and thinks it's just cruel. Keith and his brother have always been very close, unlike most brothers who bicker a lot and fight.
