Blaine looked up smiling a little “Yeah It was nice and I’ll you tomorrow in the training center….” Blaine then got up and thought away the food and went back to the leave 4 floor and laid down on the couch there wanting to cry so hard just because he had a friend and soon he would made maybe kill him. Any guesses on the state though? And don’t worry, I won’t make you guess cities, unless you want to?” She responded with an equally sly smile.
She wouldn’t admit it out of politeness, of course, but she was slightly surprised that he hadn’t noticed that she’d said she was from Texas at the game as well as say y’all. Callen did vaguely remember saying it once or twice, though she had attempted to tone down her southern accent a bit, y’all still managed to come through with a fairly obvious central Texas twang. In his defense however, Callen did remind herself that around the time she’d introduced herself, they had been rudely interrupted by someone who had both condemned smoking and hated baseball. The four of them had verbally ganged up on the girl for her blatant arrogance, which was something Callen had quite enjoyed (though she felt incredibly rude for admitting it even to herself.

Though she wished she could watch and see if the shot thing helped the boy, as Jean started preparing him for the pain, Adelaide had to turn away. Otherwise… the new guy’s vomit on the ground wouldn’t be the only persons. Anything of that sort made Adelaide super sick to the stomach. All this ambrosia around her was bad enough. However, Adelaide was definitely unable to hold in a roar of laughter when Cara yelped much louder than the boy did. She was certain it would probably make one of the two jump. If not both, and entirely mess op the whole procedure. ”Woah, hey, Cara. It’ll be fine! At least now he’ll be alive!” She choked on her laughter a bit at the end, but she didn’t mind at all. It seemed like it had been ages since she laughed – nearly a lifetime if it weren’t for Avery.
She was actually surprised when the boy didn’t cry out in pain and instead only made a faint small almost whimper of pain (almost scarily similar to what she had hear Rychard utter when they were helping one another). Even if the scorpion got a nice chunk out of him, he was able to seem tough …on the outside. Then again, maybe it was because he was surrounded by three pretty girls who he had never met and they were all fussing over him.
It was hard to hide the fact that her face was paling with this whole process – not that there was much less to pale, given that her skin was nearly white considering the fact she hardly ever showed her face in the daylight. But no matter, it was hard to grasp as Jean even rubbed it in, mentioning all the things he was improving on. Healing. With all the technology, shots, and especially the ambrosia, it was like a get-out-of-pain free card. It was really only a shame she wasn’t able to stomach it.
Then, it presumed, an infirmary run was necessary. That was the worst place at all for her, but maybe getting up, moving around, and… helping, would ease away the headache and light-headedness. ”Right,” she muttered back to Cara offhandedly. Adelaide mimicked the daughter of Ares’ actions and draped his other arm over her shoulder. ”Yeah, sure, let’s go – as long as you don’t belt out some Dora. I was a little nervous for a second there.”
