And that is a great question....I guess I'll play April, since she's never met anyone openly against the capitol, and even though she probably won't know Taryn's a rebel it could still be interesting for them to meet. Unless you can think of an interesting plot with Mel, in which case that would also be fine.

Um... I think April would be fine. Should we come up with a plot or just they meet, she realizes taryn's not from around there, she realizes something is off.
Is she against the Capitol? She could mention it and then Taryn will ease up and spill... maybe if they meet again in the future Taryn could even recruit you to the train if you like..

April is definitely not against the Capitol...she is about as pro-capitol as you can get lol.

Melody, on the other hand, is definitely against the Capitol so maybe I could play her instead.....she could meet Taryn, Taryn could recognize her or her last name because of Donta, and then she lets slip that she hates the Capitol and Taryn spills? It would be awesome if she could eventually get on the train, and as much as I'd love to play April in other districts she would never ever rebel (the poor brainwashed girl).

Yeah, rp a little bit in your district, then as long as I know you can, you can get the special invite to the train
A few good rp'ers that aren't all pro Capitol get the chance to join the train, so especially with you in an empty district, you'd probably get to be on it.
