Right, so I'm a bit confused on how this works. I never applied, but there are some un-colored names up there. Are they still available?

Yes, the grey names are still available. I believe you can still apply if you want one, though they may end up getting killed in the bloodbath.

Thanks, I just emailed in an application for Fayer Rhoton. If it's accepted, do I just create another account with that name?

so is the next hunger games after this one going to be next year or something?

It depends. There will be a few months in between the 16th and 17th Games. We have to create the Arena and get more members for the reaping etc. So the time is yet to be determined. I mean, these Games aren't even on a schedule so we won't know when they end anyway.
