Face Claim's Announcment. - Read now.

Hey there guys.

So as you should know, this site works on a Face Claim system.
However, as Staff members, we are noticing some problems with this.
The main problem that we have found is that some people are using Portrayors that are WAY too old for their characters.
Henceforth, we are asking you ALL to PM the appropiate staff member to get your Face Claim re-approved.
And from now on we will be going back to having Face Claims approved instead of just having them added to the list.
This means that when you are asking for a Face Claim you must do it like this:

Code:

Requested Face Claim ~ (Character Name)
[img] Image of the Requested Face Claim [/img]

This will then be accepted or declined by a Staff member.

As for the PMing confirmation; if your FIRST name (Character) begins with:

A-G: PM your portrayor confirmation to April Adams.
H-N: PM your portrayor confirmation to Jonathon Moyers.
O-S: PM your portrayor confirmation to Taryn Forrest.
T-Z: PM your portrayor confirmation to Willow Fidele.

Anyone who does not send their PM to the designated Staff Member by the '14th April 2012', will automatically have their portrayor taken off the list and up for other people to use.

Do we need to PM you guys if we are already on the face claim list?

Yes, this is to check if your Face Claims (Mainly the pictures you will try and use) are acceptable for your characters age.
