and Oh oh oh! Lions gate cast Katniss! It is this chick! Her name is Jennifer Lawrence and, because I was concerned when I first saw her picture and yall probably are too, she has agreed to dye her hair.

But still! She's supposed to have olive skin!!!! Not a fair skinned blond:( grrrrrr oh well, if she was best choice we must honor that

I agree. I'm sure they wouldn't have hired him if he couldn't play the part, but he's just not what i pictured Haymitch would look like.

I mean, woody is really buff. Sure, Haymitch won and all, but I pictured him as no muscle, no real fat at all. Really skinny and sickly looking. Because he never really works out and he doesn't eat much either, he just drinks.... I think if he stops working out for a while than it'll be fine, but I've still got my doubts you know.

Me too. The fact is I didn't picture him being anywhere remotely close to attractive or muscluar at all, and they don't really live up to that expectation with him. Even if he diets or loses muscle he's still going to look pretty healthy except for makeup, so it might come off slightly fake looking...... It should have been Hugh Laurie..... *gripes*

ya. we're not sure about the casting, but still..... no final opinion until the movie actually comes out. anybody know the release date? is it even announced yet?

I think it comes out March 23 next year, but I don't think they've started filming yet, so I bet it will be delayed, so it'll probably come out summer of next year
